The rooms and facilities are located on the first floor, as these are the ones providing most of the volume, land is used to its full potential and empty spaces are generated in the following levels to be used as terraces embedded in the social area, where it is accessed by an outdoor ramp, being an extension of the central walkway, it surrounds some palm trees that were standing in front of the house, generating a path to separate and to invite going in and out, creating an atmosphere of disconnection and privacy.
The fixed furniture is integrated into the architecture, the bed bases, benches, dining room and sinks flow with the structure as if they were one piece, achieving a “SURROUNDING UNIQUENESS”, more than just a simplicity of forms.
The woodwork was adapted from doors of old mansions, which like the great families were made to last.
The materiality and simplicity, besides contrasting with the immediate buildings, facilitate the cleaning, allow the user to go out to the beach and come back with sand on his feet, without worrying when entering, being an extension of nature itself, the sand, the stone, the concrete, the grass, walking barefoot, feeling comfortable and relaxed. On the top level, the crown, we found both a beach hut and a jacuzzi to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea lashing out on the beach that together with the breeze delights all senses.
