When we talk about solidity and permanence, we couldn’t just think about concrete and steel. In addition to the complex network of systems and technologies that dance silently, solidity is demonstrated with a vision for the future: solar panels across the roof, intelligent thermal protection, low-energy equipment, natural light that improves comfort, and a rainwater collection and storage system. All this makes the building almost self-sufficient. Sustainability not as a fad, but as a promise: the promise that this building is here to stay.
