At Casa Mar, we decided not to disguise the architecture, but rather to show it as it truly is. We have committed to a palette of honest materials, where every texture serves as the final finish and the color is born from the very nature of the construction. In doing so, we ensure that the passing years do not bring deterioration, but rather a gain in character and soul. Upon crossing its threshold, the outside world fades away. The house chooses to close itself off from the street to turn inward, creating its own microclimate. It is a private sanctuary where the beach atmosphere is experienced in intimacy, allowing for total immersion in rest without external distractions.

The magic of the project resides in its freedom. Thanks to an intelligent and flexible layout, the house transforms according to who inhabits it. Three spacious bedrooms, designed with the necessary generosity to serve as independent refuges, gravitate around a shared heart: the terrace, the kitchen, and the pool. This is the natural meeting point—a space where coexistence happens effortlessly, whether the house hosts a large family, several small groups, or functions as an ideal spot for co-living and remote work.

This same flexibility allows Casa Mar to adapt to any lifestyle or investment model: from a personal home to a full-property or individual room rental, always maintaining private spaces as such.

Architecturally, the house breathes. Divided into two construction blocks, the design guarantees that air flows unobstructed, reducing the ambient temperature and avoiding any sense of confinement.
