Selvamare was born on the shores of the Pacific Ocean as the perfect retreat for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. How did we achieve this? The starting point was a privileged plot of land, both for its location and its size, where instead of opting for a single large house, we chose to design four villas to be built either as a whole or in stages. This decision allowed us to offer all the amenities, garage, pool, terrace, and green areas in an affordable way, without sacrificing the strength of the design or compromising the independence of each space.

Our inspiration was the environment itself, we took the low semi-deciduous forest, dominant in Costa Alegre, as a pretext to create a haven that immerses you in nature. It is an invitation to experience the outdoors from the privacy of your home. The challenge of dividing a 17-meter frontage into four units was solved by fully integrating the facades, giving the entire complex a strong identity. The 27-meter length of the facades added complexity to the layout

The journey begins in a social room that flows into the terrace and the pool through a huge window, a transparent boundary that, when opened, doubles the size of the house to welcome shared life. At the back, arranged one above the other, the two bedrooms await as the most intimate corners.

It is the house where the transition between coexistence and the silence of the jungle becomes almost imperceptible.
